Arrival and departure:

Should your arrival be delayed until after 18:00, please let us know by phone. Rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00 and must be vacated by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Children's discounts:

Apply only in double room with 2 guests paying full price (not in the holiday apartments). Children from 0 - 3 years of free, from 3 - 6 years 50 % discount, from 6 - 12 years 20 % discount, from 13 - 16 years 10 % discount.

Payment:

The room bill can only be paid in cash. Credit cards are not accepted. Make a binding reservation, please make a deposit free of expenses for the recipient.

Cancellations are only valid in writing and only once you have received confirmation from us. We recommend travel cancellation insurance to avoid any cancellation costs:

Cancellation options:

In case of forgoing travel cancellation insurance, the following terms shall apply: According to the allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der österreichischen Hotellerie we will charge the following fees in case of cancellation:
Up to 3 months before day of arrival - no cancellation fee.
3 to 1 month before the date of arrival, 40 % of the total package price. 1 month to 1 week before the date of arrival, 70 % of the total package price. In the last week before the date of arrival, 90% of the total package price - in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the total price for the package booked.
